Meridian Tower

Vertical commons · mixed use

A tower that stacks a neighbourhood instead of floor plates — market, housing, workshops and gardens set one above the other, each block turned toward its own light.

Sahel Pavilion

Cultural pavilion

One folded roof over an open floor — a machine for shade that harvests the rare rain and gives the neighbourhood a cool public room.

Terrace Commons

Stepped courtyard housing

Housing drawn as a hillside: four stepped terraces where every roof is the garden of the home above, and no apartment looks into a corridor.

How we work

Context first

Every project starts from a real place with a real problem — heat, water, distance, density. The site writes the brief; the studio answers it.

Structure as ornament

Nothing decorative is added that the structure cannot claim. What holds the building up is what you see — and it is enough.

Light is a material

Shade in the Sahel, north light in a gallery, darkness over an observatory. Light is specified as precisely as concrete.
